Description: State govt proposes National Award for 12-year old Camellia Kharbangar for her courageous act of saving her brother (not sister) from the blazing fire, which had engulfed their house on July 6. Camellia is a student of class VII at Loreto Convent School Shillong. Seng Samla Malki, president, Junestar Kharbuli told media persons on Tuesday that the residents of the locality were proud of Camellia’s bravery and wanted her name to be proposed for the bravery award.
